**Responsibilities**:

- Drive initiative to manage FE Engineering resources and Mobile Apps to achieve company's business goals effectively
- Ensure utilization of high standards and industry best practices for all test analyses and executions for all digital systems being developed both internally (or in-house) and externally
- Collaborate with Architecture team to define technical roadmap for FE Engineering
- Ensure FE Engineering's deliverables (e.g., test plans & roadmaps, test cases & acceptance criteria, test results, bug-tracking & resolution-tracking) follow all relevant internal & external standards (e.g., regulatory)
- Foster an environment of collaboration and creativity, and a climate of experimentation within the FE Engineering department, which also promotes Agile culture

**Requirements**:

- 10+ years exposure on Leadership management on Software development team.
- Worked in agile environment and has good grasp of agile cadence
- Experience in leading the team with more than 10 team members.
- You will be working with distributed team, whether from our office in BSD or remotely.
