Job Description Develop and execute financial strategies to support business growth and profitability.Oversee end-to-end accounting operations, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.Ensure full compliance with local tax regulations, including planning, reporting, and audits.Lead annual budgeting processes, financial forecasts, and performance analysis.Maintain adherence to OJK and other financial regulatory requirements.Requirement Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CA, CPA or WPEE and WPPE certification is a plus.Minimum 10 years of experience in finance, accounting, and tax, preferably in the securities or financial services industry with exposure in leading team.Strong understanding of financial regulations, including OJK and tax laws in Indonesia.Proven leadership and team management skills.
