Overview: This position is one of the key positions within the company. As the Head of Corporate Finance and Planning, you will be responsible to overseeing and managing the financial activities and strategic initiatives that drive our growth and profitability. You will play a key role in raising capital, managing financial risks, and providing strategic guidance to support the company's goals and objectives. In addition, you will work with the Accounting and Finance team to provide financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting to support business growth. This position will directly report to the CEO.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute company's financial strategy aligned with overall business objectives
- Lead the company's fundraising efforts, including equity and debt financing, and strategic partnership
- Lead the financial planning and budgeting process to align with strategic goals and objectives
- Help to monitor and analyze the monthly financials and Key Performance Indicator, and making recommendations for improvement
- Develop financial modeling to evaluate investment opportunities, pricing, and business initiatives
- Identify and evaluate financial risks and opportunities for improvements
- Build and lead high-performing finance team, provide mentorship and guidance

**Qualifications and skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting and Business Administration, or related field. An MBA and/or CFA or other financial certification is preferred
- Proven at least 5 years of working experience in corporate finance, FP&A, investment banking, or related fields
- Experience in fundraising, including equity and debt financing
- Strong knowledge in financial analysis, valuation, and financial modeling
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with strategic thinking and able to make sound financial decisions
- Detailed oriented and highly organized, able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a face-paced environment
- Adaptability and flexibility to navigate ambiguity and drive results in rapidly changing business landscape
- Advanced MS Excel and Power Point. Experience in data visualization tools (Tableu, Power BI) is an advantage
- Familiar with ERP software such as SAP, Oracle, or Odoo

**Salary**: Rp18,000,000 - Rp20,000,000 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Yogyakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
