Job Description Lead And Manage The Finance Department, Including A Team Of Finance Professionals.Develop And Implement Financial Strategies To Support The Company's Growth And Expansion Plans.Drive Financial Planning, Budgeting, And Forecasting Processes To Ensure Financial Goals Are Met.Oversee Financial Reporting, Including The Preparation Of Financial Statements, Analysis, And Key Performance Indicators.Evaluate And Manage Financial Risks And Opportunities, And Make Recommendations To The Executive Team.Requirement Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA, CFA, or CPA is a plus.Minimum 10 years of experience with strong track record as leader role within the fintech or financial services industry.Strong knowledge of financial planning, analysis, and reporting.Experience in managing and developing finance teams.Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and presentation abilities.
