Our respected client is seeking a qualified individual as Head of Funding and Treasury to expand their business. The position will be based in Jakarta, Indonesia.**Responsibilities**:- Collaborate directly with founders and C-level executives to steer funding and partnership strategies.- Initiate and conclude funding presentations, oversee due diligence, and secure favorable financing.- Manage investor relationships.- Develop and implement treasury policies, procedures, and controls for compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.- Identify target banks and financial entities based on existing relationships (Banks, BPR, BPD, multifinance entities, etc).- Strategize to optimize cash flow, oversee liquidity, and secure operational funding.- Implement Asset and Liability Management (ALM) strategies to optimize the balance sheet and mitigate risks.**Requirements**:- Strong track record 10+ years with min. 2 years of Funding experience in senior roles within FinTech or lending institutions; FinTech and Banking combined experience preferred.- Strong strategic thinker with analytical skills.- Capable of independent work and hands-on execution.- Mandatory fluency in English.
