Head Of General Affair

This position is provide reliable estate surveillance services to tenants, inhouse customers and ensure business compliance to required regulation and policy.
JOB SCOPE : • Monitor infrastructure and facilities condition
• Ensure cleanliness of industrial estate by proper management of domestic waste.
• Manage reliable emergency response team (including fire fighting team, etc.)
• Control and surveillance lighting roads (i.e., PJU) to comply with regulations.
Manage, develop, and maintain general affairs function
• Manage quality general affair services (i.e. reception, pool driver and vehicles/ transport unit, security, fire brigades, etc.)
• Assist employees regarding administrative support functions (e.g., mailing, document and courier services).
• Manage office stock, supplies, and inventory as per budget (tea, coffee, sugar, stationaries, tools, etc.)
• Manage and control inhouse medical clinic services
Ensure high security is maintained
• Set security policy & guidelines.
• Manage and monitor readiness of security facilities (CCTV, panel control, etc.)
• Coordinate with external vendor to maintain security as per guideline.
• Evaluate service quality of vendor through regular review.
Manage and coordinate OVNI (National Vital Object) and SMP (Security Management System) with related parties including reporting and regular monitoring & evaluation.
REQUIREMENT : Bachelor's degree in any field, preferable from Law, fluent in English both verbal and written. Minimum 10 years of experience in General Affairs matters (esp. security, outsourcing, office supply, etc) Strong Leadership, wide networking, and good interpersonal skill. Having good knowledge and experience in safety and security.
