You will be involved in managing and developing Human Resources of our client named **Havanna Family Reflexology.**
Havanna Family Reflexology is a family reflexology that was founded in 2016. Havanna Family Reflexology has 2 outlets in Surabaya, 1 outlet in Sidoarjo, and 1 outlet in Malang. Havanna Family Reflexology commits to provide the best service and personal care so that customers can experience their wholesome rest.
**Requirements**:
- Woman based in Surabaya, max 35 years old
- Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or similar fields.
- Experience in Human Resources or related fields for min. 3-5 years.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written _in Indonesian and English_).
- Attention to detail, excellent problem solver, strong analytical and organizational skill.
- Excellent knowledge of the Hospitality Industry.
- Experienced in managing internal relations, including creating and conducting staff training programs and conflict resolution.
- A people person, able to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues.
- Ability to work with People & Performance Management.
Responsibilities:
- Understand and execute the organization's human resource and talent strategy which may include recruitment, interviewing, and hiring qualified job applicants.
- Arrange and manage the growth process of all staff to increase their capacities and capabilities by creating learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees.
- Provides support and guidance to all _Branch Manager, Supervisor, Staff, _and _Therapists_ if conflict happens; may be required to administer and execute routine tasks in delicate circumstances such as providing reasonable accommodations, investigating allegations of wrongdoing, and terminations.
- Oversees employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
**Salary**: Rp7,000,000 - Rp9,000,000 per month
