1. Facilitate translation of business strategy and needs to HR program in the CoE and ensure suitability of CoE program to business strategy and needs.

2. Adapt and implement HR programs /guidelines for their specific BU.

3. Guide Business in the implementation of HR programs/guidelines, e.g. facilitate strategic workforce planning.

4. Identify the HR implications for key changes in the business and ensure they are properly addressed.

5. Acts as "relationship manager" for the Business/Functional counterparts to HR GA, Payroll and Administration Center on service delivery.

6. Take proactive steps to ensure quality of HR service delivery for their units.

7. Manage and supervise assigned HRBP activities to ensure the target are achieved within schedule, with quality, and in compliance with applicable policies and procedures.
