Job Description
Formulate plans and policies related to employee compensation, benefits, health, safety, etc.
Create and execute strategies for evaluating performance, staffing, training, and development, among other areas.
Supervise HR Generalist and offer expert guidance.
Oversee all HR and GA activities, initiatives, systems, and tactics.
Design programs and policies aimed at improving employee growth and satisfaction.
Foster positive employee relations and a conducive work environment

Requirement
Bachelor degree in Psychology, Human Capital Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Head of HR & GA.
Professional background in the Fintech industry.
Proficient in HR administration and skilled in people management, possessing a comprehensive understanding of HR functions and best practices.
Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities (proficiency in English and Mandarin is essential)
Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
Proactive, self-initiating, quick learner, with strong analytical thinking.
Keen attention to detail.
Willing to work in BSD, Tangerang.
