**Our Client Company is looking for Head of HR. **As Head of HR for Indonesia based in Cikarang (West Java), you will be report to the HR Director, APAC who in turn reports to the Chief Human Resource Officer. You will initially lead a team of 10 HR professionals based in Cikarang. The supported audience base is approximately 900 employees.
**Responsibilities**:
- Take control of the existing entity HR resources and establish yourself as a strong HR leader, earning the trust of your stakeholders and their leadership teams as well as sustainable industrial relations with our union (SPSI).
- Build a well-resourced, competent, and credible HR function in your country over time
- Achieve regional and global HR project objectives as the entity focal for the Company global HR organization, including the following:
- Drive adoption and institutionalization of their Oracle Fusion HRIS (IRIS)
- Implement company global Total Rewards framework including job architecture, compensation structure review and harmonization, bonus and incentive framework review, and internal and external benchmarking
- Initiate and support organizational and talent reviews for assigned stakeholders
- Ensure diligent maintenance of HR records and policy compliance. Conduct audits and investigations and coordinate remediation actions as required from time to time
- Conduct Employee Engagement Surveys under company HQ and their guidance and follow through with structured action plans to improve employee engagement
- Create and implement structured training plans for managers and employees in your country
- Implement and ensure quality of the new Group Performance Management Framework in your country
- Other HR priorities as identified from time to time
**Job Requirements**:
- Bachelor's / university degree, preferably in HR or Business Administration
- CHRP (Certified Human Resources Professional)
- Minimum 15 years of experience overall, with at least 8 years of experience in HR generalist leadership roles, preferably in multinational matrixed organizations. International working experience would be an added advantage
- Broad and deep experience in all aspects of talent planning and management in Indonesia, including talent acquisition, development, performance management, rewards, engagement, compliance and discipline, and employee relations
- Broad and deep experience managing HR for Manufacturing & Commercial entities are required.
- Hands-on experience in, and a passion for, organizational design and effectiveness, organizational development, leadership development, succession planning, and HRIS implementation
- Strong knowledge of labor law and practice in Indonesia
