Team Introduction
Our team comes from SEA Regional Business, Global Business Solutions.We partner with key market partners across the Southeast Asia region to drive their user growth and marketing strategy by owning and implementing customised marketing and measurement solutions, ad tech integration and platform innovation.
**Responsibilities**:
1. Industry Experience
- Demonstrate strong industry knowledge and expertise for Beauty and FMCG verticals
- Have good business acumen surrounding factors affecting the business performance of the industries
- Have experience in brand building and a good understanding of e-Commerce ecosystem
2. Client Relationship Management
- Establish and manage C-Level client relationships with brands or agencies
- Provide in-depth engagement and understanding of business objectives and challenges from brands or agencies
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams globally, across Product Marketing, e-Commerce, Agency Partnership, B2B Marketing, Legal, and Engineering.
3. Team Leadership
- Responsible for team's business objectives and revenue target
- Provides guidance and instruction to sales members. In charge of delegating work, overseeing progress towards goals, and coaching team members as needed
- Collaborate with XFN to achieve expected results for clients/ partner
4. Product Management
- Brainstorm, identify, and implement advertising solutions on TikTok products to deliver measurable results for clients
- Serve as an external product consultant on properties that are owned and operated by TikTok
- Analyze data and glean insights to execute the client strategy and TikTok's marketing solutions
**Qualifications**:
Minimum Qualifications
- BA/BS degree in marketing, advertising, technology or media field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in brand marketing or ad sales marketing and development
- Minimum 5 years of people management and organization leadership experience
- Demonstrate understanding of digital media platforms and ad metrics
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrate experience in working with cross-functional teams
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Experience with analyzing data and delivering insights
- Self-starter, fast learner with a can-do spirit
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed
