Head Of Investor Relations

One of our clients in is seeking a highly skilled and strategic professional to join their team as the Head of Investor Relations. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced individual to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our company!

**Main Responsibilities**
- Maintain the existing shareholders
- Conduct the quarterly board meetings in a professional way
- Managing fund raising program
- Assess the quality of analysts and their reports
- Capital structure optimization, evaluate the balance between debt and equity and its impact on the cost of capital
- Market analysis
- Prepare the company for IPO
- Risk management

**Requirements**:

- Have at least Bachelor's Degree majoring Business/Financial Management
- Have growth mindset and result oriented
- Understanding of financial analytics and restructuring
- a Strong and passionate team player
- Understanding the B2B Ecosystem, PnL ownership
- Deep understanding of the financial regulatory landscape in Indonesia
- Access to the investment community in Indonesia and abroad, relationships in capital market and OJK
- More than 15 years of experience in Financial management

Pay: Up to Rp30,000,000 per month
