IT Infrastructure**About the Company**:Our client is a prominent Public Listed company that engages in the timber industry, agri-industry, and plantation industry in Indonesia is looking for Head of IT Infrastructure with strong ERP Experience**Responsibilities**:- IT Infrastructure:- Collaborate with other executives to integrate technology solutions that enhance efficiency and competitiveness- Oversee day-to-day IT operations, including infrastructure, networks, and systems- Ensure the efficient and secure operation of IT systems and infrastructure- Strategic Planning and Framework:- Develop and execute the IT strategic plan in alignment with the overall corporate strategy.- Identify opportunities for leveraging technology to drive business growth, enhance operational efficiency, and improve customer experience.- Establish IT frameworks, standards, and policies to ensure effective governance and compliance across all business units.- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, assessing their potential impact on the organization and making strategic recommendations.- Project Management and Change Management:- Lead and oversee IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, working closely with cross-functional teams and external vendors.- Implement change management processes, including requirement gathering, analysis, setup, testing, and handover to ensure smooth transition and user adoption.- Develop and execute change management strategies to minimize resistance and maximize employee engagement during technology implementations.- Short and Long-Term Planning:- Develop comprehensive IT plans that align with the company's overall objectives and growth strategies.- Create short-term and long-term IT roadmaps, including budgeting, resource allocation, and prioritization of initiatives.- Monitor IT performance and key metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.- Collaborate with business leaders to understand their technology needs and develop plans to support their functional requirements.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).- Proven experience (9+ years) in leading IT initiatives and managing IT operations in a multi-business environment.- Strong understanding of IT systems, infrastructure, and software development- Exceptional leadership and managerial skills to lead and inspire teams- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels- Strong expertise in SAP implementation, including project management, configuration, and integration.- Solid understanding of IT frameworks, standards, and best practices.- Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and execution, with the ability to translate business objectives into IT strategies.- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of driving innovation and process improvement.
