Head Of Legal & Compliance

**Responsibilities**
- Leading and performing AML-CTF transaction monitoring reviews, investigations, and reports
- Overseeing Quality Assurance on transaction monitoring processes within the company
- Providing leadership and guidance on the best approach to analyzing complex - Financial Crime business issues, from determining initial risks and issues through to implementation
- Management and quality control of functional work streams in a wide range of project especially in AML-CTF and Transaction Monitoring
- Providing advice on regulatory compliance in general

**Qualifications**
- Demonstrated knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering, and particularly AML monitoring systems, with a strong emphasis on the crypto industry
- Solid knowledge of DTTOT, WMD, OFAC and other Sanctions list
- Team player, collaborative, and adaptive in all dealings with business leaders, other managers, and staff
- Strong understanding of AML Scenario logic and industry standards
- At least 7 years of direct experience in Financial Crime Compliance, Risk Assessment or Quality Assurance in Financial Services, Banking or crypto environment

Pay: From Rp50,000,000 per month
