Head Of Legal

**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role as the Head of Legal at Adapundi in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Head of Legal will be responsible for managing legal & compliance, providing legal consulting, preparing legal documents, and handling legal issues.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 10 years experience as Legal
- Strong knowledge of legal & compliance and practice
- Experience in providing legal consulting and preparing legal documents
- Have business understanding in the legal field
- Ability to handle legal issues and provide practical solutions
- Strong knowledge of OJK, and AFPI Regulations including but not limited to transaction reporting and monitoring obligations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong character and ability to provide recommendations to companies
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Experience in the fintech industry is a plus
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law or related field

**Salary**: Rp40,000,000 - Rp55,000,000 per month
