Job Description Handle corporate secretarial matters and manage the procurement and renewal of all necessary business, corporate and other licences and permits.Manage HR-related disputes, disputes with shippers and commercial litigation.Function head responsible for managing legal and regulatory matters in Philippines.Lead and develop legal team to deliver high quality legal services in a fast-paced environment and ensuring that legal advice is commercially-savvy and legally defensible.Designing and implementing country-level legal processes, policies and training relating to contract process compliance and mitigation of legal and regulatory risks.Advising on, negotiating and preparing commercial contracts, supplier contracts and tender bid response.Requirement Bachelor of Laws in Philippines laws from a leading university.10 years or more experience from a legal department of a company and reputable law firm.Philippines Bar admission.Having these attributes would give the candidate an advantageExperience working in the logistics or e-commerce industry or any other reputable startupKnowledge about IT systems, cloud hosting and SaaS.
