Our client is a property group company in Indonesia, and they are hiring Head of Legal with following work descriptions and requirements.**Responsibilities**:- **Legal Strategy**: Develop and implement comprehensive legal strategies to safeguard the company's interests in property transactions, contracts, and regulatory compliance.- **Risk Management**: Identify and mitigate legal risks associated with property development, acquisitions, and leasing activities to ensure the company's financial and operational security.- **Contract Oversight**: Oversee the drafting, negotiation, and review of a variety of property-related contracts, including leases, agreements, and joint ventures.- **Compliance Assurance**: Ensure the company's adherence to all relevant laws and regulations governing the property sector in Indonesia, keeping abreast of changes and proactively adjusting legal practices accordingly.- **Dispute Resolution**: Manage and resolve legal disputes, conflicts, and litigation related to property transactions, collaborating with external legal counsel as needed.- **Corporate Governance**: Establish and maintain strong corporate governance practices within the legal framework, advising senior management and the board on legal matters affecting the property group.- **Team Leadership**: Lead and develop a high-performing legal team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.- **Stakeholder Collaboration**: Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, external legal partners, and government bodies to promote positive relationships and ensure the legal department aligns with broader business objectives.**Requirements**:- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Law, with admission to the Indonesian Bar.- **Experience**: Minimum of 10 years of legal experience in the property sector, demonstrating a strong track record in property law and related areas.- **Regulatory Knowledge**: In-depth understanding of property laws, regulations, and compliance requirements in Indonesia.**Salary**: Rp60,000,000 - Rp75,000,000 per month
