**Responsibility**:

- Responsible for targeting, planning, and budgeting for retention and growing reseller
- Responsible to create retention, loyalty, and training programs to upgrade reseller classes and minimize churn/downgrade
- Ensure all retention and loyalty program runs well
- Evaluate and monitor the progress of user retention and growth
- Continuously improve user retention, minimize user churn, and class downgrade

**Requirements**:

- Have experience in sizeable tech startup and adapting well to a fast-paced environment
- With more than 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Deep understanding of industry best practices and emerging trends
- Experience as a consultant in a reputable firm, preferably in the tech sector
