- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads across various platforms, with a focus on TikTok and Instagram.
- Create and curate visually stunning and compelling content that aligns with our brand identity and resonates with our target audience.
- Utilize your artistic vision and creative direction to conceptualize and produce original video content that showcases our products/services in an authentic and engaging way.
- Manage the entire content creation process, from ideation and filming to editing and publishing, ensuring high-quality output that meets brand standards.
- Optimize content for each platform, including video editing, caption writing, and hashtag selection, to maximize reach and engagement.
- Grow our social media following organically by implementing strategies to attract and retain new followers, ultimately driving subscriber growth from 0 to 100,000+.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, and Product Development, to align social media initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, incorporating innovative techniques to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in social media marketing, with a focus on building online brands from scratch.
- Extensive knowledge of TikTok and Instagram, including algorithm insights and best practices for content optimization.
- Strong artistic vision and creative flair, with the ability to conceptualize and execute visually appealing content.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva).
- Exceptional writing skills, with the ability to craft compelling captions and storytelling narratives.
- Demonstrated ability to grow social media followings organically, achieving significant subscriber milestones.
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive decision-making.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
