Prior Consumer Goods experience is a must- Proven experience and track record in Marketing- Exposure to Product Development would be a strong plus**Key Responsibilities**:- Achieve sales volume and revenue targets for the brand- Develop the brand and total category- Achieve market share targets and brand objectives for the country- Obtain and analyze POS data for effective business decision-making- Design, plan and execute retail advertising, promotion, and merchandising activities in line with the brand and product strategies- Manage the allocated A&P budgets, maximizing optimum local media plans and profitability for the brand- Support R&D on market insights and new product development**Job Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree from a reputable university- Minimum of 8-10 years experience in FMCG brand management- Prior category experience in Tobacco / Alcohol is preferred- Excellent communication and presentation skills- Strong leadership skills- Strategic and critical thinker- Able to work in a dynamic environment**Call for Action**:
