**JOB OVERVIEW**:

**Responsibilities**:
**1. Strategic Leadership**:
- Develop and lead the overall creative marketing and brand strategy aligned with the company's marketing goals.
- Provide creative direction and guidance to internal teams and external agencies..
**2. Brand Development Management**:
- Oversee the development and maintenance of the brand's visual identity across all marketing channels.
- Ensure brand consistency in messaging, design, and tone.
**3. Campaign Development**:
- Conceptualize and execute creative marketing campaigns that effectively engage the target audience.
- Collaborate with Creative team and sales teams to align creative efforts with business objectives.
**4. Content Creation**:
- Oversee the creation of compelling content, including visuals, videos, and written materials.
- Ensure that content is tailored to various platforms and resonates with the target audience.
**5. Project Management**
- Plan and manage creative projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Implement project management best practices, including defining project scope, milestones, and resource allocation.
**6. Performance Management**:
- Define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the creative team, aligning them with overall business objectives.
Monitor team performance against established KPIs and provide regular feedback to team members.
**7. Analysis Report**:
- Create a presentation report on each campaign result and advice analysis and growth of a Marketing and Brand Campaign
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing Management, Advertising, Design, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- 3 to 5 years of proven experience in a senior creative role, such as Creative Director, Head of Marketing, Creative Marketing or similar roles.
- Strong portfolio showcasing successful creative campaigns and/or Social Media accounts.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Familiarity with digital marketing trends and platforms.
- Understanding of data and analytics for measuring campaign effectiveness.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
**Desired Qualification**:
- Gaming and Anime Enthusiast (a plus)
**Salary**: Rp8,000,000 - Rp15,000,000 per month
