Tasks
- Responsible for leading the marketing team and driving company growth and brand awareness.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field required (MBA or post-graduate degree preferred).
- Experienced in the trading/FX industry.
- 3+ years of proven experience in marketing roles with a focus on strategic planning and execution.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to foster a high-performance culture.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
