Mothercare, a well known brand for mum and kids products, in Indonesia with strong omnichannel presence across Indonesia with 50+ retail stores, website, App and market place presence is looking for Head of Marketing who is an action oriented individual with ability to think strategically, build compelling brand strategies, lead teams from insights to well executed stories and has a strong digital orientation.
Head of Marketing is responsible for developing and executing omni channel integrated marketing strategies that amplify the brand to support generation of revenue through efficient and effective brand marketing programs.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead a cross-functional team to set the strategy, roadmap, plans and priorities to enable development and execution of the brand strategy that helps improve the strategic priorities team collaboration, cross-functional excellence
- Develop weekly/monthly/annual brand marketing strategies and monitors the performance of those strategies in order to make necessary updates and improvements o Brand, Marketing Communications, e-Commerce, Digital-website, apps, omnichannel, Social Media, Merchandising/Point of Purchase o Market Research/Trends, Data/Analytics
- Manage creative and content team members to design and create content to increase brand awareness (social media, digital marketing, instore collaterals etc) and create highly relevant assets for different stages of the customer lifecycle
- Drive brand awareness, customer acquisition and retention utilizing omni channel marketing, digital and CRM tools
- Oversee the brand planning process inclusive of the definition of target consumers and the development of marketing mix and strategies on consumer brand-interaction
- Develop and execute consumer-facing communication approaches for the brand and serve as a primary marketing point of contact with the external business partners, enabling strong, collaborative working relationships
- Develop and manage omni channel marketing budgets
- Understand and utilise marketing and CRM analytics to refine marketing strategies
- Conduct customer, brand and product research initiatives to streamline brand communication and offering
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree holder from Marketing, business administration, management, advertising, journalism, communications or related field.
- 10 + years of working experience developing creative and innovative marketing strategies that heavily leverage offline and online mediums/channels in facilitating effective brand marketing programs and messages.
Preferably from FMCG, retail or e-commerce industry.
- Proven ability to manage and execute large scale marketing campaigns and long-term brand building through a diverse media mix
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A proactive leadership style with ability to set priorities, drive decisions and get closure on recommendations and issues.
- A strong understanding of the intersection of analytics, messaging strategy, and research trends to shepherd groundbreaking campaigns to market
- Demonstrated ability in ideating, creating and implementing large-scale ad campaigns
- Experience with collecting market data and other external information to deliver a structured and actionable marketing strategy
- Comprehensive knowledge of branding, digital marketing, social media, CRM and other relevant marketing tools
- Proficient in MS office tools, social media, CRM analytics tool which are necessary in the creation of both verbally and visually engaging branding materials, reports, and presentations for the department, collaborating personnel, relevant stakeholders, and external partners.
