Head Of Mice Sales - Property Hospitality

**About the Company**:
Our client is a prominent property developer in Indonesia with a diverse portfolio and a strong foothold in the commercial property space. With a strong pipeline and multiple projects dotted across, they continue to capture greater market share.

**Responsibilities**:

- Formulate and implement MICE and retail sales and marketing strategies - with the addition of having to set up roadmap to market penetration
- Aid the preparation and production of marketing strategy, collaterals, and sales strategy
- Ensure sales and marketing efforts are compliant within the necessary procedure and regulations
- Liaise with business associates and vendors - with the addition setting up strategic partnerships with new partners
- Develop and manage departmental budgets
- Handle and assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned

**Key Requirements**:

- 8-10 years of sales and marketing experience with a core focus in the MICE and commercial property space
- Proven success in both sales and marketing for MICE and commercial property space would be highly desirable
- A proven track record of marketing ad campaigns development with experience across the various property sales development stages
- The ability to design and lead, leveraging on your knowledge of the real estate market
- Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
