The team you'll be part of
This leadership role is in the Network Infrastructure Sales Southeast Asia South team. Network Infrastructure's ambition is to be "the world's most trusted systems partner for the world's most critical networks".
Our focus is on the building blocks and essential solutions of critical networks, driving digitalisation across all industries. Combining four strong divisions - IP Networks; Optical Networks; Fixed Networks and Submarine Networks - Network Infrastructure intends to provide technology leadership in every one of our divisions.
As Nokia's growth engine, we create value for communication service providers and enterprise customers by leading the transition to cloud-native software and as-a-service delivery models. Our inclusive team of dreamers, doers and disruptors push the limits from impossible to possible.
What you will learn and contribute to
- Responsible for leading Indonesia Telkom & Telkomsel - NI sales team in creating and executing opportunity specific win strategies.
- Responsible for utilizing value based selling approaches and value argumentation; leverage competitive benchmarking and lessons learned.
- Accountable for individual development of team members via formal upskilling and mentoring
- Own the Indonesia Telkom & Telkomsel - NI sales strategy, support account funnel management, building and converting the pipeline into opportunities.
- Develop and/or maintain key senior customer relationships across our critical customer group making up the Indonesia Telkom & Telkomsel territory.
- Influence customer purchasing priorities and drive the sales strategy through technical/strategic consultancy at early opportunity stages and until order intake, to maximize customer sales and long term profitability.
- Identify market trends for products and services across our customer group, informing our long term strategy.
- Engage with Delivery teams to ensure the transition of sales to delivery processes, following revenue and sales margin reporting
- Deliver on regular internal and external governance and reporting forums.
Your skills and experience
You have:
- Great communication skills, with a degree of familiarity with senior executive communications
- Ability to develop and grow individual account managers
- Technical familiarity with the Network Infrastructure portfolio
- A hunger and desire for generating business in a competitive market
It would be nice if you also had:
- Experience in the telecommunications industry
- A proven track record of sales leadership in the telecommunications industry
