Job Requirements Experience: Minimum of 5 years in Paid Media & Marketing Analytics or Marketing Technology roles.Technical Expertise:Extensive knowledge of marketing analytics tools, including Google Tag Manager (GTM), GA4, AppsFlyer, Branch, Firebase, and similar platforms.Strong understanding of the mobile application ecosystem, including its limitations and implications for marketing analytics tools.Intermediate knowledge of the Digital Marketing Mix, including its application across app, mobile web, and desktop platforms.Familiarity with technical concepts like HTML, CSS, and MySQL is a significant advantage.Analytical Skills:Strong critical thinking skills to independently analyze data and drive cross-functional collaborations.High attention to detail, particularly in data accuracy, report formatting, and numerical precision.Leadership and Team Management: Proven ability to manage and inspire a highly creative and independent team.Industry Knowledge:Experience in digital marketing strategy and execution for e-commerce or online platforms in the APAC region is a plus.Proficiency in Excel or similar data-processing tools.Communication:Strong communication skills with a proficiency in English, capable of delivering insights clearly and concisely. Job Responsibilities Tool Management:Oversee and manage marketing analytics tools such as GTM, GA4, Google Search Console, AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch, and Firebase.Understand how these tools integrate with each other and MIFXs internal systems, identifying their possibilities and limitations.Collaboration with Teams:Work closely with the Marketing and Brand teams, aligning on objectives and translating them into KPIs for reporting.Provide feedback and insights to improve marketing performance and customer adoption rates.Data Analysis and Reporting:Develop and report on key metrics aligned with the customer journey and tracking attributions for various use cases.Track and measure digital marketing metrics, including spend, conversion volumes, ROAS, optimization trends, and dashboards like GDS.Analyze campaign performance and translate quantitative and qualitative data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.Strategic Thinking:Think strategically, analytically, and creatively to explore new ways to enhance marketing performance.Present data-driv
