As the Senior Controlling Manager, you will be stepping into a cornerstone role within our controlling function. You will lead the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) and controlling activities, ensuring accurate financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned professional to streamline financial processes, enhance data-driven decision-making, and who has the ambition to develop further within our company!
The Opportunity Lead and drive the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) and controlling functions.
Develop and oversee the budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
Manage and analyze large and complex data sets using advanced tools such as Excel and SAP, providing actionable insights to senior management.
Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, adhering to internal and external compliance requirements.
Implement and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure the integrity of financial information.
Identify and analyze financial trends, variances, and key performance indicators to support business decisions.
Proactively manage and delegate tasks within a matrix organization, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
Lead large-scale projects with an international scope, demonstrating strong project management skills.
Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of continuous development and excellence.
Who you are You should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in FP&A and controlling, with at least 4 years in a managerial role holding accounting/finance related Degree
You should be proficient in handling large and complex data sets, with mandatory expertise in Excel and SAP as well as Proven ability to partner with Sales organizations and drive impactful outcomes by challenging the status quo.
