Job Summary- Lead the performance management process providing the finance advice, constructive challenge and accountability required to manage the business to achieve strategic and plan targets, and to provide performance reporting and insight to the Global Leadership team.
- Job Qualifications- Required:
- Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in Finance, Business Administration and 10 or more years of experience in related field- Job Accountabilities - Key Accountabilities- Provide monthly trend analysis while always looking at how to best use the framework in order to provide business insights for action oriented decisions.
- Manage Group Financial performance at any point in time, delivering a responsive unit, able to respond to ad-hoc requests quickly and efficiently.
- Assists the Business Performance Managers with results and insight into key performance indicators in order to facilitate the Business Reviews.
- Drive the development and implementation of performance analytics framework through the interaction with market facing business and General Insurance Functions.
- Support the preparation of operational reviews.
- Plays an instrumental role in the analytical pre work, providing business insights ensuring a common understanding of performance for the region.
- Identifies and track cross Market Facing Businesses trends and initiatives like customer and distribution strategies working with Functional leaders in order to support enhanced decision making.
- Manage monthly PRA process within the region to produce monthly financial reports for timely delivery to Group.Serve as a consultant, providing expert support and analysis in order to enhance planning and performance management for the region.
