Strong analytical and quantitative skills and can use data to drive for recommendations and actions Strong problem solving, issue - resolution skills Strong leadership and team building skills  Ability to work collaboratively cross different teams and levels Comfortable working what the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel Possess growth mindset and can-do attitude Job Responsibilities Establish and maintain good relationships with Principals Negotiate margin and terms with principles, dealer etc Oversee the procurement process to Principals based on negotiated terms Understand the Principal behavior and need and able to translate that into numbers and actionable insights Spearhead new initiatives for Principals, aligned with the insight from Principal (Pain points, etc) and overall company value proposition to achieve sales targets (ie, new feature requirements for Principals, etc Map out the margin projections based on each Principals we are engaging with  Understand and able to provide data-driven recommendations on the customer pricing we need to target based on Principal Facilitate problem solving for work arounds - leveraging on analytical capability and knowledge of the plant-to-harvest process as well as products - on the fly to secure targets Work collaboratively with other departments: sales, category manager, product, operations, supply chain, finance.  Keep up with our latest jobs notifications, news, and events.
