Head Of Product Bb And Platform

Responsibilities: Formulate Strategic planning and management of the B2B & Platform product portfolio.
Establishing long term goals for the B2B & Platform product while keeping in mind short term objectives that will help achieve those goals, with clear expectations to: Deliver as committed to clients/projects and Scale the platform and its interoperability functionalities Ensure alignment on vision, strategy, and execution across B2B products: FarmXtension, FarmGate, Workflow, ERP, Climate, and Data Visualization Formulate new product ideas and concepts with a team of designers, engineers, and other stakeholders Oversee customer feedback in order to identify areas where improvements can be made to existing products or new products can be developed. Evaluating the success of new products based on performance metrics such as sales volume, profit margins, and customer satisfaction levels Coordinate and oversee team acitivities to ensure the productivity of all the team members. Ensure B2B targets are met based on Company projection Ensure all critical and relevant metrics are built in and closely monitored for improvements Requirements: Minimum bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (master's degree preferred) Minimum 10 years experiences in product, or a related role within the technology or software industry. Experience in SaaS and/or B2B Experience in AgriTech is a strong plus
