Job Description Develop And Manage The Entire Life Insurance Product Portfolio Specifically For Distribution Through Banking Channels, Focusing On Bancassurance.\Conduct Market Research And Analysis To Identify Customer Needs And Market Trends, And Use These Insights To Conceptualize And Design New Insurance Products.Collaborate With Cross-functional Teams Including Actuarial, Sales, Marketing, And Operations To Bring New Insurance Products To Market.Create Product Proposals, Outlining The Product Features, Pricing, And Positioning, Ensuring Alignment With The Target Market And Regulatory Requirements.Requirement Substantial experience in the life insurance industry with a focus on Bancassurance product development.Strong knowledge of insurance products and the Bancassurance distribution model.Demonstrated success in developing and launching life insurance products.Ability to perform market analysis and interpret data to drive product development decisions.Strong project management skills and the ability to collaborate across departments and functions.
