**Jobs Description**:

- Analyse and develop existing and new products.
- Conducting market and consumer research related to product development.
- Ensuring all projects related to new product development are running according to target.
- In collaboration with Marketing & QA Dept. in resolving customer complaints regarding products.
- In collaboration with Marketing & R&D Dept. in formulating the needs & pants from customers as a basis for product development.
- Periodically conduct market intelligence in order to maintain product sustainability and competitiveness in the market.
- In collaboration with marketing Dept. in determining the "brand positioning".

**Jobs Qualification**:

- Minimum 10 years of experience as Product Development or Product Area
- Must be able to speak, read and write in fluent English
- Have a good understanding monetization strategy
- Accustomed to working using a SWOT analysis.
- Has extensive knowledge in marketing and distribution patterns.
- Excellent customer data analysis and analysis skills.
- Able to lead and be able to work together in a team.
- Have high integrity.
