- Ensure the smooth production work process (e.g Television, Printed Media, Radio)
- Ensure the implementation of applicable rules/policies within the production team
- Ensure scheduling and accurate implementation of production process work programs
- Provide guidance and job training
- Provide solutions in solving a problem
- Provide ideas/suggestions for carrying out strategic planning
- Implement SOPs and provide an assessment of the production team's work

Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer/Information Engineering/Information Systems.
- Have at least 1 year experience in a Media Monitoring/IT Company.
- Have the ability to use software: Ms. Word/ Photoshop/ Adobe Premier.
