About Our Client The client is a leading autoparts company.
Job Description Serve as the Management Representative for the deployment of the Quality Management System, aligning with IATF 16949 and customer requirements. Lead initiatives for continuous improvement, such as Built in Quality, Zero Defect, Hidden Factor Elimination, Customer Response Time, and Equipment Standardization. Monitor and adhere to timelines for handling customer complaints and effectively implement the Engineering Change Process. Develop and manage PFMEA, Control Plans, MSA, DoE, FAIRs, SPC, and PPAPs. Mentor Quality Engineers in various quality techniques, including PPAPs, ETO, 8D, and problem-solving. Support the deployment of Lean System within the factory. Administer training programs to successfully deploy the production system and develop expertise in Lean tools and methods. Collaborate with managers and teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement. The Successful Applicant Minimum of 15 years of experience in the automotive industry, with at least 3 years in a similar role. Strong knowledge of ISO/TS/IATF and other automotive industry standards. Proficiency in Quality/Reliability tools (FMEA, SPC, Pareto, GR&R, DOE, Statistical Analysis, Standard Deviations, Regression, etc.). Fluent in English (spoken and written).
