**About the Company**:
Our client is one of a leading ceramics company in Indonesia with their own production line to output the best quality and innovation products to customer

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct research to identify new opportunities for product/process/technology development.
- Design and execute experiments to validate hypotheses and collect data for analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering, marketing, manufacturing) to develop and implement R&D projects.
- Analyze experimental data and present findings to stakeholders through reports, presentations, or technical documents.
- Drive innovation by proposing and implementing new ideas, technologies, or methodologies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies throughout the R&D process.
- Manage R&D projects, including budgeting, resource allocation, and timeline management.

**Key Requirement**
- Bachelor's/Master's/Ph.D. degree in (relevant field, e.g., engineering, chemistry, biology, etc.) 10 years of experience in research and development, preferably in Ceramics, granite, or tableware industry.
- Proficiency in experimental design, data analysis, and interpretation.
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies is a plus.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality standards relevant to the industry.
- Strong team building, decision-making and people management skills
