Manulife Indonesia Asset Management Risk Management & Internal Control will be responsible for making risk management strategies and ensuring the effectiveness of the implementation of Risk Management in all company activities to support the achievement of company goals and protect the company's reputation.
He/She also responsible for ensuring the effectiveness of the internal control system by conducting audit programs, in reviewing and providing input on policies, processes, and procedures to ensure the existence of adequate controls due to support business growth and ensure compliance with regulations /internal and external regulations.

**We are looking for someone with**:
1.
Minimum education is Bachelor's Degree.
2.
Have approximately 10 (ten) years of experience in Risk Management, and/or Internal Audit, and/or, capital market and/or Finance.
3.
Have Risk Management and/or Internal Audit certification.
4.
Have an Investment Manager Representative (WMI) license.
5.
Fluent in English both oral and written.
6.
Have abilities to think ahead, analyze, and have good interpersonal relationships.
7.
Reliable, disciplined, have high integrity, capable, alert, and able to act decisively.
8.
Having the ability as a team leader and good interpersonal relationship skills to relate and communicate with other Business Units.

**On the job you will**:
1.
Planning, compiling, and designing the strategy/program of Risk Management and Internal Control in accordance with the company's business needs to support the achievement of company goals.
2.
Update the Risk Management strategy if there is a change in:
a.
Changes and/or additions to the company's business implementation activities.
b.
There are new regulations and/or regulatory changes that affect the implementation of the company's business and activities.
3.
Ensure that the business unit has implemented a Risk Management process (identification and evaluation of risks, control/mitigation, monitoring) in a structured and sustainable manner against all risks that have the potential to disrupt the company's objectives.
4.
Monitor, review, and periodically evaluate the implementation of the Risk Management strategy by providing early warning of (new/emerging) risks that enable the company to take anticipatory actions and ensure coordination between divisions in implementing the company's risk management policies.
6. Review existing internal controls by ensuring all processes are mapped accurately, assess weaknesses, advocate progresses and implement controls to reduce risks and safeguard company assets, implement necessary corrective actions and develop best practices, and ensure segregation of duties, including remediation of findings and recommendations from internal and external audits.
7.
Serves as Liaison Officer for all internal/external audits and regulators.
8.
Facilitate and ensure the company makes a Business Continuity Plan (BUCP) to ensure that the company's activities continue to run in an emergency, including but not limited to making a Business Impact Analysis (BIA), identifying threats from inside and outside the company, preparing steps in anticipating threats such as natural disasters, business recovery, crisis management, incident handling, emergency management and ensuring periodic simulations are held to ensure the readiness and effectiv
