Head Of Sales & Account Management

**What You Will Do**:- Lead sales & account management team (for online merchant & SMB) by providing strategy, assistance on how making sure the team achieve their objective- Key leadership role in design & delivery of sales strategy for achieving team target KPI- Together with business leaders developing and implementing commercial strategies in line with company goals and objectives, with the aim to accelerate growth- Managing existing client relationships - understanding their requirements, ensuring their needs are met- Collaborating with diverse teams (e.g. marketing, ops, technology, commercial) on how to solve clients issue & communicating any findings in the market- Negotiating commercial terms with customers & making recommendations to business leaders if there is any feedback from customer/findings in market- Establishing and maintaining long-term, profitable partnerships with key stakeholders**What This Role Needs**:- At least 7 years of working experience in the related field as head of sales & account management team- Understand the market of online retailers & internal marketers (market place & non-market place/social commerce)- Experienced in managing a huge team size with diverse background- Good track record in sales & account management role leadership in logistic landscape (Fulfillment & Shipping)- Agile and willing to adapt to rapidly changing situations/environments- Strong Problem Solving capabilities- Ability to manage multiple complex and matrixed sales engagements whilst always positioning the products at the center of the engagement- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers- Excellent communication skills - presentation, negotiations, closing deals- Self starter, impact driven and out of the box thinker with the ability to make team motivated
