**About the Role**:
Lead the development and the implementation of my client's general insurance strategies and plan, work with Bank partners, Brokers, Agents, and alternate channels to maximize all sales-generating channels in order to ensure the achievement of Indonesia sales objectives.

**Responsibilities**:
- To ensure and analyze Sales & Distribution strategic plan, in accordance with the Company objectives.
- Controlling and monitoring progress and achievement in each function to make sure in line with the Company objectives.
- Quick in action to solve problems and lead new initiative / project in Sales & Distribution, toward boost effectiveness and achievement targets
- Direct and oversee all aspects of the Sales & Distribution functions of the organization, in order to make sure the effectiveness and profitability in line with the department's and Company's objective.
- Develop and when approved, execute distribution strategy, budget, and plan in line with the Company business plan.
- Work with leadership team to provide input into the development and
the implementation of business objectives, and to support the achievement of overall Shareholder objectives.
- Lead direct sales channel and ensure the achievement of sales objectives liaise with subsidiary company, Broker, Agency and Alternate Channel and other sales channels.
- As a Board of Director, ensure governance in its operations, finance and sales support.
- Support the building, training and motivation of a high-performance team. Develops and creates effective team and individual goals and ensures appropriate, timely performance management
- Provide support in terms of technical excellence, approvals and advice in Sales & Distribution team.
- Engaging and communicating effectively with Board of Director, customers, regulators and other internal and external stakeholders
- Establish and maintain good relationships with business sources, third parties and other business partners, to gather information and updated business in order to strengthen business position in the market.
- Responsible for managing team member and organization development such as performance management, retention, and succession planning.
- Responsible for managing, coaching and developing direct reports, as well as ensuring other team members are receiving the support, they require to achieve team and Company goals and individual performance standards.
- Take responsibility for sponsoring and implementing Commitments through specific behaviors as set of principles believed to be the moral guide of conduct, act and decision making.
- Demonstrate Compliance Values.As a leader, monitor own team to ensure the required compliant behavior is upheld.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor Degree, preferably Master Degree from Marketing or any major.
- Minimum 15 years experiences working in insurance or financial industry preferably Sales and Distribution area
- Fluency in both English and Bahasa (written & oral)
- Possessing excellent presentation and communication skills
- Good coaching and motivational skills
- Must possess a strong business acumen and analytical thinking to perform the role exceptionally
