Job Description

Develop and execute sales strategies (to Banking, multifinance, FSI Industry market).

Lead and manage the sales team.

Monitor sales performance and metrics.

Develop and maintain client relationships.

Collaborate with other departments (Collaborates with other departments, such as marketing, product development, and finance, to align sales strategies with overall company goals.; provide input and insights regarding market trends, customer needs, and competitive intelligence to support the development of products and marketing initiatives).

Stay updated with industry trends.

Present sales strategies and results.

Budgeting and forecasting (collaborates with the finance department to develop sales budgets and forecasts; Analyze historical data, market trends, and sales projections to estimate future sales revenues and expenses, ensuring that sales targets are aligned with financial objectives).

Continuously improve sales processes.

Requirement

Bachelor's degree in any major from a reputable university.

Min. 5 years of experience in the similar role.

A proven track record of success in attracting Banking, Multifinance / FSI clients.

Able to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders; skilled in networking, customer relationship management, and fostering long-term partnerships.

Adaptable and open to change. Able to embrace new technologies, sales methodologies, and market trends to stay competitive.
