You will be responsible for building and managing a high-performing sales team, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and establishing strategic partnerships that align with our business objectives.

- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales and business development strategy that aligns with our company's overall business goals.
- Build and lead a high-performing team of sales professionals.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the construction industry.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new sales opportunities.
- Negotiate and close complex sales deals with key decision-makers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
- Analyze sales data and metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and developments in the construction technology industry.
**Qualifications**
- 8+ years of experience in sales and business development, with a proven track record of success in achieving revenue targets.
- Experience in scaling a business and driving revenue growth in a competitive market.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- In-depth understanding of sales in the construction or property industry
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with the industry and market trends, along with a solid understanding of customer behavior and preferences.
