Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.

Lead and mentor a team of sales and marketing professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.

Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.

Oversee the planning and execution of promotional campaigns, events, and product launches to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including retail partners, suppliers, and influencers.

Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.

Stay abreast of industry developments, emerging technologies, and best practices in sales and marketing.

Build and maintain strong relationships with logistic & warehouse team & create an improvement for better logistic process

**Role description**:
This is a full-time role for a Head of Sales Marketing for woman fashion retail company. As the Head of Sales Marketing, you will be responsible for leading the sales and marketing team and driving business growth. Your day-to-day tasks will include developing and implementing sales strategies, managing key accounts, analyzing market trends, and overseeing the sales team's performance. This is an on-site role located in Bandung.

**Qualifications**:
Analytical Skills, Marketing (include Digital Marketing), Sales, and Sales Management

Account Management and Team Management

Strong leadership and communication skills, with minimum 3+ years in leadership position

Proven track record minimum 8+ years experience in sales and marketing

Ability to analyze market trends and identify opportunities

A female with an experience in the woman retail retail fashion industry is a plus, handling international brand will be an advantage

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

Willing to work WFO in Bandung.
