**Job Descriptions**- To lead a team to ensure all projects (product, digitial initiative and others) are delivered in timely manner and improve the team ability to support sales team by advising right strategies to increase their performance.-
- Coordinate and develop products and funds in accordance to partners' segments.-
- Lead MIS (Management Information System) in Bancassurance to ensure data for report, dashboard and analysis are relevant and ready in a quick manner for all banca channels also to develop reports to see leaders business overview.-
- To lead the team in improving productivity for sales team in all channels-
- Oversee digital initiatives for Bancassurance and monitor business activities from all channels and provide recommendation to fill the gaps to improve the business achievement**Job Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in finance or business-
- Have 7 years working expereince in bancassurance related work-
- Understanding the function of business development to work in an efficient and in a fast manner to deliver result.-
- Deep knowledge in creating sales campaign to have a strong impact in an efficient way.-
- Understand the key points in sales activities to track any challenges and tackle the problems quickly.-
