Strategy Development**: Devise and execute comprehensive social media strategies based on analytical research to increase brand awareness, user growth, and enhance user engagement.
- ** Content Creation**: Develop and curate engaging and shareable content that aligns with Tentang Anak's brand identity and code of conduct. Tentang Anak content is always based on the latest reliable medical research and is reviewed by Experts (doctors)
- ** Channel Growth**: Oversee the growth of all social media channels, including but not limited to Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and emerging platforms relevant to our target audience.
- ** Analytic and Reporting**:Monitor key social media metrics, analyze performance data, and generate regular reports to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and drive continuous improvement.
- ** Trend Monitoring**: Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in social media marketing, to implement innovative approaches to stay ahead of the competition.
- ** Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Tentang Anak Expert Team, creative, brand, commerce, and community teams to ensure cohesive and integrated messaging across all channels
**Requirements**:
- Demonstrated passion and enthusiasm for social media platforms with a proven track record of success of at least 7+ years of experience managing social media.
- Leadership: experience leading a team and understand how to drive the team's performance
- Curiosity and Innovation: A relentless individual who is always exploring new ideas and approaches in social media marketing.
- Experience in generating breakthrough ideas for content that captivates and engages the audience.
- A team player with effective communication skills to articulate and implement fresh ideas.
