**About Our Client**:
Reporting directly to the Drector level, the selected individual will be responsible **to develop and execute communication strategies**. Other responsibilities include
- Creating, developing and implementing a **comprehensive corporate communication** **strategy** aligned with the organization's goals and values. This includes both internal and external communication.
- Leading the creation of compelling messaging, content, and materials to effectively convey the company's mission, vision, and achievements to various stakeholders in order to protect the brand.
- Keeping employees informed, engaged, and motivated by effectively communicating company news, updates, policies, and initiatives. Internal communication helps foster a sense of belonging and ensures that all employees are aligned with the organization's vision.
- Oversee internal communication efforts to foster a transparent and informed workforce, including communication of key announcements, updates, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Developing and implementing crisis communication plans to effectively manage and mitigate reputational risks during challenging situations.
- Providing timely and accurate information to stakeholders to address concerns and maintain trust.
- Monitoring industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging issues to proactively adjust communication strategies as needed.
- **B**uild**ing** and nurtur**ing** relationships with government officials, regulatory agencies, and relevant industry associations to ensure the organization's interests are effectively represented.**:
- Stay current on legislative and regulatory developments that may impact the company's operations and proactively communicate potential implications to executive leadership.
- **Communicat**ing** the organization's social and environmental initiatives, showcasing its commitment to ethical practices and sustainability.**:
- Develop and execute advocacy strategies to influence public policy and regulatory decisions in alignment with the company's objectives.
- **Collaborate with cross-functional teams** to provide insights and recommendations on government-related matters, compliance, and risk management.
- **Represent the company in government-related events**, hearings, and public forums to convey the organization's positions and priorities.
- Leading, mentoring, and inspiring a high-performing team responsible for corporate communication, government affairs, and CSR.
- Developing and managing budgets related to corporate communication.
**The Successful Applicant**:
- University graduate major in a reputable university; post-graduate degree is a plus.
- At least **20** years of professional** experience in the similar field (corporate communication and/or government relations) with at least 10 years of working experience in leadership position.
- **Industry preference: banking, insurance and fin-tech.**:
- Good leadership skill, be a team player and can work under pressure with mínimal supervision.
- Demonstrating ability to prioritise work in order to achieve the given target.
- Complete fluency in both English and Indonesian, spoken and written as well as strong business acumen, communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to prioritize, meet challenging deadlines and perform under pressure.
- Flexible and adaptable to work in a high-paced growth environment.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate issues, develop proactive solutions, and drive results.
