**Title: Head of Supply Chain**

Our client is a nation wide restaurant chain, and they are hiring Head of Supply Chain
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute supply chain strategies to ensure timely delivery of quality ingredients and materials to all restaurant locations.
- Oversee inventory management, forecasting, and procurement processes to optimize costs and minimize wastage.
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Implement efficient logistics and distribution networks to streamline delivery processes and meet operational demands.
- Lead a team of supply chain professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to ensure departmental objectives are met.
- Analyze market trends and industry developments to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess supply chain performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including operations, finance, and marketing, to align supply chain activities with overall business objectives.
- Stay updated on regulatory requirements and industry best practices to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
- Drive sustainability initiatives within the supply chain to reduce environmental impact and promote responsible sourcing practices.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in supply chain management, preferably in the food or restaurant industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory management, and distribution.
- Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Proficiency in using supply chain management software and analytical tools.
- Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Fluent in Indonesian and English languages.
