Our client is seeking for Head of Sustainability position. This job will be based in Jakarta, Indonesia.**Key Responsibilities**:- Develop and execute a comprehensive sustainability strategy aligned with the company's values and business goals.- Identify and prioritize opportunities for reducing the company's environmental footprint, including energy use, waste generation, and emissions.- Champion social responsibility efforts, including diversity and inclusion initiatives, fair labor practices, and community engagement.- Engage with stakeholders including customers, suppliers, NGOs, and industry partners to drive collaboration and innovation in sustainability.- Develop and maintain robust sustainability reporting, ensuring accurate and transparent communication of the company's progress and goals.- Collaborate with supply chain teams to promote sustainable sourcing practices and assess the environmental and social impact of suppliers.- Lead research efforts to identify new opportunities for sustainable product development and business models.**Requirements**:- 10+ years of prior experience in the field of Sustainability.- A bachelor's or Master's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Business Administration, or a related field.- Experience in developing and implementing sustainability strategies.- Strong knowledge of environmental, social, and governance (ESG) frameworks and reporting standards.- Excellent leadership and communication skills to engage and inspire teams and stakeholders at all levels.- Ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.- Demonstrated track record of successful sustainability initiatives and projects.
