Tasks

Manage the WordPress design and development team, and ensuring optimal performance.
2.
Customize and extend WordPress themes and plugins as needed.
3.
Develop innovative and visually appealing website designs using Elementor, while prioritizing user experience, accessibility, and responsiveness.
4.
Establish clear goals and objectives for the team and monitor progress to ensure successful project execution.
5.
Collaborate with the team to define project requirements, scope, and timelines.
6.
Develop comprehensive project plans, taking into account resource allocation, budget constraints, and technical feasibility.
7.
Prioritize and coordinate development efforts to meet project deadlines and budgetary requirements.
8.
Provide technical leadership and guidance, facilitate effective communication and collaboration between team members, and encourages open dialogue and constructive feedback.
9.
Providing regular updates on project status.
**Requirements**:
1.
Possess minimum 3 years of proven track record in leading a team and managing WordPress.
2.
Excellent English communication skills.
3.
Strong expertise in Elementor-based design with a demonstrated sense of aesthetics.
4.
Strong technical skills with hands-on experience in WordPress design & development.
5.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
6.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
7.
Demonstrate a track record of successfully delivering WordPress projects on time and within budget.
8.
Possess strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
