- Relevant work experience in accounting and tax.
- In-depth knowledge of applicable tax and accounting regulations in the education industry and fashion business.
- Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills.
- Ability to communicate well and work together in a team.
- High precision and accuracy in work.

- Tax Knowledge: Understand applicable tax regulations and laws, including income tax, sales tax, and other taxes.
- Accounting Software Use: Ability to use accounting and tax software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or appropriate tax software.
- Financial Analysis: Able to analyze financial reports and identify trends, problems and opportunities.
- Problem Solving Ability: Ability to resolve accounting and tax issues in an efficient and regulatory manner.
- Teamwork Ability: Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and clients to achieve common goals.
- Professional Development: As accounting and tax regulations and practices continually change, the competency to keep knowledge and skills up to date is essential.
