Manulife Indonesia Health Business Analyst & Reporting is accountable for the accurate and timely appraisal, monitoring and evaluation work, specifically for Health's key initiatives and priorities. These form the basis for assessing the overall performance and operating goals of Indemnity Health.

**We are looking for someone with**:

- Competencies in global perspective, collaboration, analytic with attention to detail and accuracy, adaptability, technology savviness, execution excellence, continuous self-improvement, and solution-focused.
- Experiences in qualitative and quantitative analytics, python for analytics techniques, project management, and working with senior decision makers.
- Computer proficiencies in Python, Advanced Ms. Office (Excel, Power Point, and Word), Visual Basic for Application (VBA) development, Business Intelligence (BI) tools, and Visio.
- Language proficiencies (oral and written) in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

**On the job you will**:
**Strategic Monitoring, Evaluation, Impact Assessment, and Continuous Improvement**:

- Conduct comprehensive assessments of ongoing and upcoming Health's initiatives and priorities, and their performance metrics and impacts within the Indemnity Health Department.
- Identify areas for continuous improvement and optimization to enhance overall operational efficiency and strategic alignment and effectiveness.

**Data-Driven Evaluation and Improvement**:

- Develop data-driven insights into the performance of strategic initiatives using advanced data analysis techniques.
- Translate these insights into actionable frameworks that guide decision-making and contribute to enhancing the effectiveness of initiatives.
- Analyze and systematically document the outcomes and impacts of implemented Health's key initiatives and priorities.

**Business Trend Reporting and Forecasting**:

- Synthesize complex data into visually clear and compelling dashboards, detailed reports, and engaging presentations on trends in strategic initiatives and their outcomes.
- Utilize statistical tools and models to forecast future trends based on historical data and current initiatives and priorities.

**Stakeholder Communication and Collaboration**
- Facilitate meetings and collaborative sessions to communicate insights, findings, and initiatives clearly to diverse stakeholders and teams, acting as a liaison.
- Prepare and deliver regular updates on the progress and outcomes of Health key initiatives and priorities to leadership and stakeholders.
