**Manulife Indonesia Health Product Owner is responsible for evaluating health product proposition, analyzing health product market trends, and providing gap and insights to compete in the market, collaborate with product pricing team to design attractive health proposition as differentiator and work with related other functional teams to develop end-to-end product launching strategy. In addition to the above, this position is expected to coordinate with Distributions to develop contest or program related to health product.**:

**We are looking for someone with**:
- **Bachelor's degree in Economics, or a related field with minimum of 5 years of experience in health insurance industry**:
- **Strong understanding of the health insurance industry**:
- **Knowledge of market research, strong analysis skill.**:
- **Knowledge of healthcare system, regulations, and emerging trends in the health insurance**:
- **Strong driver and leadership skill**:
- **Have project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines**:

**On the job you will**:
**Review and evaluate existing health products, such as benefits, coverage and including the sales.**:
**Make recommendations for improvements to optimize product offerings or develop new product to meet customer demands.**:
**Analysis market health portfolio, competitors market landscape, trends, customer needs and identify current gaps.**:
**Collaborate with Health Strategy team to provide insights for feature product.**:
**Work closely with health pricing team in designing health product, conduct focus group discussion with Distributions to ensure the new product is meeting customer needs and while maintain competitive margin.**:
**Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement product launching strategy. This includes marketing & communication strategy both for sales force and customer, training and sales tool, and operational and IT.**:
**Monitor and track health production, and coordinate with distributions in preparing and design contest of health product on regular basis to increase the sales**:
**Individual Accountabilities**:
- **Monitoring, tracking existing health insurance products, the sales, the benefits, and coverage to ensure it meets customer needs. If require propose enhancements or improvement or develop new product in fulfilling the future demands.**:
- **Collaborate with marketing team conduct comprehensive market research to identify health insurance market trends, competitor's health products and portfolio, customer segment and provide insights and recommendation to grow health business.**:
- **Own health product development or enhancement, drive health initiatives, lead the implementation across function and monitor & tracking the progress.**:
- **Proactively work with distribution team to initiate marketing program that be able to grow health business including optimize and control the expenses.
